Wally Bell, consultant and founder of Fair Labor Solutions, has been involved in the compliance industry for 12 years, working for outdoor retailer, REI Inc. Through his networking contacts with Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) and many brands and retailers (e.g., Disney, Starbucks, Nike, Black Diamond) he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and issues facing suppliers and their customers. Bell left REI in June 2012 to create Fair Labor Solutions, which specializes in collaboration, root cause, and supplier-owned compliance.
