Russ Westcott, based in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, is a writer, instructor, and consultant in the field of quality management. He is an ASQ fellow, a certified quality auditor, and a quality manager. He has published more than 150 articles, contributed chapters to nine books, and authored three recent books—Stepping Up To ISO 9001:2000 (Paton Press), Simplified Project Management for Quality Professionals, and The Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Handbook, 3rd ed. (ASQ Quality Press).
