President
Paul S. Banks has a Ph.D. in applied physics from the University of California, Davis, and has worked for 20 years in developing cutting edge laser and optical technology. His work at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory was in ultrafast lasers for industrial machining. He co-founded a photonics division at General Atomics, and in 2008 he founded TetraVue Inc. to commercialize new 3D capture technologies that make full-motion, high-resolution 3D video possible. He is on the advisory board of the SPAR 3D Imaging Conference and was recently elected Secretary of the ASTM E57 3D Imaging Standards Committee.
