Milan Kocic is the business development manager for user experience and innovation at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. He is responsible for planning/direction of all customer touch points relating to use and support after initial system purchase. This includes directing Hexagon’s presence, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, working closely with global product line management and engineering, to deliver customer-focused products and contribute to the global user experience strategy. Kocic speaks five languages: English, Serbian, Croatian, Beginner Spanish, and Russian. He has a bachelor's degree in electronic and electrical engineering as well as economics, and an MBA in strategic management.
