Mark Moore, the principal consultant at Broken Arrow  Associates Ltd., has 30 years experience leading teams and initiatives in multiple industries. He has successfully managed major initiatives with a cost of more than $3 million and included teams of more than 250 people. Moore is an experienced writer and speaker and has presented at multiple Project Management Institute (PMI) events. He also served as president of the PMI Western Michigan Chapter. Moore holds a master’s degree in adult education and training from Colorado State University.
