In addition to being a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has an MBA and a degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in aerospace engineering. Hajek is the author of an online lean dictionary, The Continuous Improvement Companion, and the book, Whaddaya Mean I Gotta Be Lean? (Velaction Continuous Improvement, 2009).
