Ann Chiaramonti Debay is a materials research engineer in the Applied Chemicals and Materials Division at NIST in Boulder, Colorado. She specializes in characterizing the atomic structure and chemical makeup of materials at the nanoscale using electron microscopy and atom probe tomography.
