Lillian Erickson is MasterControl’s quality systems manager for the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan. Erickson spearheads the software developer’s quality-related efforts, including its ISO 9001:2015 certification audit. Erickson has worked in quality for the past eight years, starting in document management and specializing in quality compliance. Erickson has hosted more than 200 client audits, led five ISO audits, and participated in more than 10 FDA, EMEA, and other regulatory entity audits. Erickson has a master’s degree in professional communications with an emphasis in technical writing and rhetorical analysis, a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, and is an ASQ-certified quality engineer.
