Nikolai Klimov is an assistant research scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)/Joint Quantum Institute, University of Maryland. Klimov is a Ph.D.-level scientist with 15 years research experience in experimental condensed matter physics with emphasis on physics and fabrication of semiconductor devices and structures, and low-dimensional systems.
