Shawn Murphy is the CEO and co-founder of Switch & Shift, a consultancy and advocacy group for human-centered business models and practices. Its focus areas include organizational change management, culture and climate assessment, leadership development and coaching, and learning solutions. Murphy also teaches a business analyst training program at Sacramento State College of Continuing Education. Murphy is the author of The Optimistic Workplace (AMACOM, 2015).
