Jacqueline Graham, Ph.D., is the managing director of PQ Systems Pty Ltd, Australia. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Organization for Quality. She is a qualified chemical engineer and holds a doctorate in statistics and quality management from the University of Salford, England. For almost 10 years Graham worked as an aide to W. Edwards Deming, the father of statistical process control and quality improvement. In this role she assisted with two- and four-day conferences as well as consulting at board level to major companies in the United States, Australia, Asia, and the United Kingdom.
