She has more than 20 years experience working with and conducting internal audits and second- and third-party audits on quality and environmental management systems (especially within manufacturing operations and maintenance services) for many industrial sectors. These include manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices, assembly, machining, foundries, seating, stamping, roll forming, plastic injection molding, tour boats, and warehousing. Bethune has an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in zoology and business administration.
