Jeffrey Worthington is the director of the Office of Environmental Information’s (OEI) quality program at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC. He is a leader of change management systems, and an expert in improvement programs for information and alignng internal controls for administrative and scientific operations. Worthington has led teams that authored the quality management system for the EPA’s Environment Technology Verification program and developed the EPA’s Information Quality Guidelines, two of several achievements at the EPA.
