He has more than 30 years experience serving in quality assurance, project management, requirement engineering, organizational development, trainer, and mentor roles in telecommunications, financial, manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare organizations. He’s also served as a California state quality award judge. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and in the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
