Mona K. Draper is a senior director for North America Process Excellence at Maersk Line, the largest container shipping company in the world.  She’s part of a small cadre of change agents rolling out and integrating process excellence throughout North America Maersk. Her role in customer service is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt where she mentors Black Belts, manages a portfolio of projects, coaches Green Belts, implements process management at the gemba level , and coaching all levels to sustain and support a lean desk-level culture. Draper leads a team that developed a financial validation process for belt projects which has been subsequently adopted globally.
