Debbie Collard is the director of quality, safety, and continuous improvement for commercial airplanes at Boeing. She served as chair of the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from 2011 to 2012. Collard is co-author of The Making of a World-Class Organization (New Age International, 2010).
