Drew Locher is the founder and managing director for Change Management Associates (www.cma4results.com). Since 1990 Locher has provided operational excellence consulting and organizational development services in a variety of industries including healthcare, transportation, distribution, education, financial services, and manufacturing. He’s been a Lean Enterprise Institute faculty member since 2001. Locher is the author of Shingo Research Award-winning Lean Office and Services Simplified, and Value Stream Mapping for Lean Development, and co-author of Unleashing the Power of 3P, and Shingo Research Award-winning The Complete Lean Enterprise, all published by Productivity Press.
