Manjula Bhati heads the quality assurance division of the Electronics Regional Test Laboratory (North), STQC Directorate, which is a test and calibration laboratory under the Department of Electronics and IT, Ministry of Communication and IT in India. Bhati also works as the laboratory’s technical assessor for IECEE-CB and qualified lead assessor for ISO 9001. She has 27 years of experience in component testing, electromagnetic compatibility testing, customer relations management, and quality assurance. Bhati is the author of seven articles published in national and international magazines. She is a graduate engineer in electronics and communication engineering.
