David L. Westphal is director, global lean manufacturing for Nexteer Automotive. Headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, he is responsible for all aspects of Lean integration within the global operations. David is also responsible for development and implementation of Lean strategies, overall organizational vision and execution of these strategies. He has extensive experience in critical leadership roles – both directly managing and mentoring.
